The topic of this episode is meeting basic human needs.
Thank you for joining me on Episode 59.
Abraham Maslow created the pyramid of the “Hierarchy of Needs”. In it, he depicted the levels at which human beings would need to ascend in order to reach self actualization. Along the way, the physiological needs would be met as well as safety needs. On this episode I focus primarily on that lowest part of the pyramid: the most basic human needs like food, water, a place to sleep. I also discuss how to move beyond this area to reach the fullest potential possible. Thank you again for listening and don’t forget to follow me over on instagram @sharissabradley.author
