Welcome back to another episode, I am so glad you are here. On this episode I talk about what feelings come up when experiencing pain in the body. Pain is so terrible to experience that one will often disassociate from the pain and the whole body itself. In doing this we cannot heal the pain. This episode I talk about my own experience with the worst healing pain I’d ever dealt with and how I dove in instead of running away.
